Brian Dorwart

Brian Dorwart is an experienced senior consultant and associate at Brierley Associates, with a focus on horizontal directional drilling (HDD) and small tunnels for design, construction, and expert services. Over a distinguished career spanning from 1979, Brian has held key positions including Vice President at Haley and Aldrich, where expertise extended to landslide and rock engineering, and Senior Associate roles at Shannon & Wilson, Inc. and GZA GeoEnvironmental, where contributions included geotechnical instrumentation and underground engineering. Brian holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Geotechnical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, along with advanced studies and a Bachelor of Arts in Geology from the University at Buffalo and the University of Rochester, respectively.
