Sam Goymer has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Sam currently works at Brigad, where they have held various roles since 2019. Sam started as a Bartender and eventually became the Community Experience Specialist. Sam then moved on to become the Community Experience Team Leader and is currently serving as the Community Experience UK Manager.

Prior to Brigad, Sam worked at Clement Worrall Events as a Commis Chef and Line Cook for four years, from 2015 to 2019. Sam also had an internship at the Greater London Authority as part of the Mayor's Entrepreneur Competition, from 2016 to 2017.

Sam has also gained experience in the food and beverage industry through roles at Smugglers Den Inn as a Line Cook, at Social Pantry as a Commis Chef, and at Red Lion, Fullers as a Bar Supervisor.

Sam'searliest work experience was at On the Rocks Bar, where they worked as a Bartender from 2007 to 2009. Overall, Sam has developed a strong foundation in hospitality, culinary arts, and community management throughout their career.

Sam Goymer began their education in 2014 at Truro and Penwith College, where they pursued a degree in Access to Humanities. They then moved on to the University of Greenwich in 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology, which they completed in 2018. Furthering their education, Sam attended the University of Kent from 2018 to 2019, where they received a Master of Arts degree in Methods of Social Research.
