Stephanie Worley

Stephanie Worley has a strong background in talent acquisition and HR leadership. Stephanie is currently the Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Bright Horizons, where they lead all talent acquisition functions and is a key member of the HR Leadership team. Prior to that, Stephanie held the same role at Hertz, where they had global oversight and set strategy for corporate and field talent acquisition.

Stephanie has also held leadership positions at Liveops, Inc., Convergys, Stream Global Services, and LiveOps. In these roles, they focused on talent acquisition, talent onboarding, and recruitment operations, implementing new software systems and redesigning processes to improve the recruiting experience.

Earlier in their career, Stephanie worked at Victoria's Secret as a senior instructional designer and trainer, demonstrating creativity and building relationships between the training and sales departments.

Throughout their career, Stephanie has demonstrated strong leadership skills and expertise in talent acquisition, strategic planning, and process improvement.

Stephanie Worley obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Communication from Saint Louis University, where they studied from 1988 to 1992. In 2020, they also obtained a certification in "Fighting Gender Bias at Work" from LinkedIn.
