Jordan Scher has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. In 2015, they co-founded and operated Make It Rain, a recycled water delivery service aimed at helping people maintain their lawns during the California drought. From 2016 to 2017, they worked as a Sales Associate, Customer Service Representative, and Driver at Big O Tires. In 2018, they interned as a Store Operations Intern at Cost Plus World Market. Since 2020, Jordan has been working at Bright Pattern, initially starting as a Customer Solutions Specialist and later transitioning to a Senior Customer Solutions Specialist role.
Jordan Scher completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Marketing from California State University, Chico, from 2016 to 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a High School Diploma from Livermore High School, spanning from 2012 to 2016. In terms of additional certifications, Jordan Scher earned the ESET Cyber Security Awareness Training Certificate from ESET North America in June 2022. They also obtained two certifications from ServiceNow: the ServiceNow Partner Pre-Sales Specialization in IT Service Management in June 2021, and the ServiceNow Partner Sales Specialization in IT Service Management in May 2021.
