Kevin Gutowski

Kevin Gutowski has a strong background in customer success and support services. Kevin currently works at Brightcove as the Senior Director of Customer Onboarding and Customer Experience, overseeing a global team and ensuring a top-notch customer experience. In their previous role at StarCompliance, they served as the Director of Global Client Success, responsible for compliance technology solutions. Before that, they held various leadership positions at JDA Software, including Vice President, Senior Director of Global Support Services, and Director of Global Support Services. Throughout their career, Gutowski has demonstrated expertise in mentoring teams, developing processes, and providing superior client service.

Kevin Gutowski attended Penn State University from 1990 to 1994, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Sociology.
