Caroline Benoudis

Caroline Benoudis has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Caroline started their career as a Commerciale/Acheteuse intern at Sauvagine, where they gained experience in operational marketing, purchasing, and supplier management. Caroline then worked as a Chef de Projet - Recrutement at VD Promotion and later as a Chef de Projet Marketing at Maayane Joaillerie.

In 2012, Caroline became the Gérante - Recrutement at iHôtesse, a recruitment and placement agency for hosts and hostesses. Caroline was responsible for marketing, project management, brand creation, and platform development.

Caroline later joined Tinyclues as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, where they focused on tech recruitment, sales recruitment, and HR talent projects. Caroline sourced and hired various profiles across different offices and played a role in salary mapping, employee leveling, and recruitment cycles.

In 2013, Caroline transitioned to Progressive Recruitment, first as a Consultante en recrutement and later as a Senior Consultante en recrutement. Caroline worked on recruitment projects and provided consulting services to clients.

Caroline then joined Dataiku in 2020 as a Talent Acquisition Partner for EMEA & APAC. Caroline later took on the role of Talent Acquisition Team Manager, leading a team across different regions.

Currently, Caroline holds the position of Senior Talent Acquisition Manager at Voodoo, a tech company specializing in mobile games and apps. Caroline is responsible for acquiring top talent and contributing to the hypergrowth of the company.

Throughout their career, Caroline has demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition, team management, project management, and marketing.

Caroline Benoudis began their education in 2006 at IST, where they pursued a BTS degree in Tourism and Travel Services Management. Caroline completed this program in 2008. In 2008, they enrolled at IDRAC Paris and obtained a Master's degree in Marketing/Marketing Management, General in 2011.
