Sascha Kwetina

Sascha Kwetina is an experienced professional with a diverse background in account management and customer service. Currently serving as an Account Manager in the Retain team at Brightcove since July 2019, Sascha previously held the position of Sales Development Representative. Prior experience includes work as a Language Specialist at PokerStars from October 2012 to October 2018, as well as various customer service roles at arvato UK & Ireland, Mr Green Online Casino, and others. Sascha pursued higher education at The London School of Economics and Political Science, completing an MBA Essentials Online Course in November 2022. Additionally, Sascha holds a Bachelor's degree in Japanese and Japanese Studies from the University of Vienna and studied at Meiji University.
