Sophie Shuttleworth has a diverse work experience starting in 2015. Sophie began their career with a work placement at National Trust in 2015. In 2016, they worked as a Waiting List Administrator at NHS. Sophie then interned at McKenzie Rudolphe Film Services in 2017 before returning to NHS as a Waiting List Administrator later that year. Sophie joined Newsflare in 2017 as a Researcher Intern before progressing to the role of Archive Researcher in 2018. Sophie then became an In House Assistant Producer, leading a team and working closely with production companies. From 2019 to 2021, they served as a Customer Success Manager at Newsflare, specializing in content licensing and monetization and working with major media brands. Most recently, they joined BrightEdge in 2022 as a Customer Success Manager - EMEA.

Sophie Shuttleworth received a Bachelor's Degree in History from Bangor University, where they studied from 2013 to 2016. Prior to that, they attended King Edward VI School from 2008 to 2013, where they focused on History, English Literature, and Drama at the high school level. In addition to their academic qualifications, Sophie has obtained certifications such as the BrightEdge Professional Certification from BrightEdge in April 2022, the Cyber Security awareness course from the National Cyber Security Centre in March 2021, and the EFSET 72 Proficient (CEFR C2) from EF Education First.
