Anisha Gururaj

Anisha Gururaj has a rich and diverse work experience. Anisha is currently working at BrightInsight as the Director of Clinical Launch Success & Data Strategy. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing the success and strategy of clinical launches and data management.

Before joining BrightInsight, Anisha worked as the Chief of Staff to the CEO at the same company. Anisha played a crucial role in supporting the CEO and ensuring smooth operations within the organization.

Prior to their roles at BrightInsight, Anisha worked as a Venture/Innovation Consultant. Anisha provided strategic guidance and support to companies in the biopharmaceutical and medtech industries, helping them accelerate the time to market for their regulated digital health solutions.

Anisha also has experience working at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation as a Program Officer. Anisha managed a portfolio of investments focused on developing innovative healthcare solutions for women in low-resource settings. Anisha demonstrated a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in global public health.

In addition to these roles, Anisha has held positions at organizations such as the Baltimore City Health Department, Podimetrics, Boeing, Little Devices Lab @ MIT, Flow Forward Medical, Inc., Procter & Gamble, MIT Undergraduate Energy Club Executive Board, and the Singapore-MIT Alliance for Research & Technology.

Anisha Gururaj completed their education with a high school diploma from Parkway Central High School in 2011. Anisha later pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical-Biological Engineering and Energy Studies from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, completing it in 2015. In 2016, Anisha attended the University of Oxford, where they earned a Master of Science degree in Global Governance & Diplomacy. Following that, they pursued a Master's by Research in the Medical Sciences Division at the University of Oxford, completing it in 2017.
