Job description

The Senior Full Stack Developer will help innovate Brightline’s new and growing product ecosystem that leverages groundbreaking spatial computing capabilities. As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will contribute to the design, implementation, and optimization of server-side programming, cloud infrastructure, asset management systems, and additional services to support the development and deployment of immersive experiences. Leveraging your expertise in full stack development, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to architect scalable and resilient solutions that enable seamless content delivery, real-time data processing, and immersive user interactions. 

This person should have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or information technology with at least 8+ years’ experience in cloud computing technologies and should have a passion for product development.  

Technology Capabilities and Experience 

This person will have experience developing within the following technologies and frameworks: 

  • Proficiency in cloud platforms and services such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP), with a focus on compute, storage, networking, and security services.

  • Expertise with server-side programming, primarily PHP and Symfony

  • Experience developing and deploying applications with Electron

  • Experience with integrating learning management systems (LMS)s and content management systems (CMSes)

  • Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures, including microservices, serverless computing, containers, and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes.

  • Experience with security best practices, identity and access management (IAM), encryption, network security, and compliance frameworks.

  • Experience deploying software within enterprise and/or government.
