Ayna A has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. In 2011, they co-founded and co-chaired she++, an organization focused on empowering girls to pursue their dreams without societal barriers. During their tenure, they successfully raised capital from prominent investors and scaled the organization's programs globally. In 2013, Ayna worked as a Venture Fellow at Innovation Endeavors and also gained experience in Product Management at Microsoft. Ayna later joined Palantir Technologies in 2014, where they specialized in Product and Business Development in the Government and Healthcare sector until 2017. Following this, Ayna worked as a Strategy MBA Intern at Sidewalk Labs (part of Google) and as an Operations MBA Intern at Chief in 2017 and 2019, respectively. In 2020, they joined the New Jersey State Office of Innovation as a COVID-19 Fellow, focusing on product development. Ayna A started their education journey in 2010 at Stanford University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S) degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) and completed it in 2014. Afterward, they took a break from their studies before returning to academia in 2017. During this period, Ayna attended the Harvard Kennedy School and obtained a Master in Public Administration degree in 2018. Following their time at the Kennedy School, they enrolled at Harvard Business School in 2018 and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in 2020. Additionally, Ayna had the opportunity to be a Visiting Student at the University of Oxford, where they explored their interest in Philosophy, though the dates for this experience were not provided.
