Courtney Ryan

Courtney Ryan has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Courtney currently holds the position of Recruiting Operations Manager at Brightline since October 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Sr. Recruiting Coordinator & Operations Lead at Brightline from August 2021 to October 2022. Before joining Brightline, Courtney worked at Two Chairs as a Recruiter from February 2021 to August 2021 and as a Recruiting Sourcer from August 2019 to February 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Autolist Inc in a role combining recruiting and people operations from January 2017 to August 2019. Courtney also gained sales experience at Intercom, where they served as an Account Executive from January 2016 to August 2016 and as an Account Development Representative from February 2015 to December 2015. Additionally, they worked as a General Service and Sales Assistant at State Farm from October 2013 to February 2015, providing support to customers on their insurance policies.

Courtney Ryan attended Oregon State University from 2009 to 2013, where they studied Communication, General. Courtney did not obtain a specific degree during their time at the university. In April 2021, Courtney obtained certification in Ascend's Leadership Program from Ascend.
