Stephen Chen completed their education at three different institutions. Stephen attended The University of Texas at Austin from 2001 to 2006 and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree with a focus on Biomedical Engineering and Cell and Biomolecular studies. Following this, they pursued further studies in Law at the University of Houston Law Center from 2006 to 2009, earning a Juris Doctor degree. During this time, they also concurrently enrolled at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston (UTHealth Houston) from 2007 to 2009, where they obtained a Master of Public Health degree with a specialization in Health Services Organization. In addition to their academic accomplishments, Stephen Chen also obtained a Patent Attorney certification from the USPTO in October 2008.
