Zoe Cornish Fcipd

Zoe Cornish FCIPD has over 17 years of experience in various HR and people management roles. Zoe is currently the Head of People and Culture at BrightLocal, a marketing technology business that develops online marketing tools. Prior to this, they worked as a People Consultant at Tide and as the Chief People and Operations Officer at Funding Options, which was later acquired by Tide. Zoe also has experience as a CIPD Level 3 Tutor at Westminster Kingsway College. Before joining BrightLocal, they held leadership positions at Emerald Works, Mind Tools, World of Books Group, Wiley, COSI, and WRAY People Management. Zoe has a strong background in developing and implementing people strategies, leading integration efforts, and providing HR support to various teams and organizations.

Zoe Cornish FCIPD obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources from the University of Portsmouth from 2001 to 2003. Prior to that, they earned a Certificate in Personnel Practice from Chichester College from 2000 to 2001. Zoe's education journey started with A Levels at Worthing Sixth Form College, where they studied from 1997 to 1999. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained their Fellow CIPD title from CIPD in September 2017, and earlier, in August 2001, became a Member CIPD. Additionally, Zoe Cornish FCIPD also obtained a certification in Mental Health First Aider from Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England in March 2021.
