Dustin Courts is a seasoned professional in business development with extensive experience in the financial services sector. Currently serving as the Business Development lead for the Central Region at Brighton Jones since August 2021, Dustin plays a crucial role in acting as a Personal CFO for clients, focusing on financial strategy and execution. From September 2016 to August 2021, Dustin contributed to Kestra Financial as a Business Development Consultant, where responsibilities included recruiting top-tier advisors in the Northeast, as well as serving as a Senior Advisory Operations Specialist, assisting independent advisors to enhance operational efficiency. Prior experience includes working at Capital Strategies from May 2015 to September 2016, providing sales support and comprehensive financial solutions for MetLife advisors in Central Texas. Dustin holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Finance and Financial Management Services from Texas State University.
