Xesenia Schrepfer, MSW

Xesenia Schrepfer, MSW has a diverse range of work experience. Xesenia currently works at Brightpoint as a Foster Care Advanced Specialist, where they began in January 2023 after working as a Foster Care Case Manager from July 2022. Prior to Brightpoint, Xesenia was a Family Support Coordinator at Dominican University from August 2021 to May 2022. Xesenia also served as a Clinical Intake Intern at Children's Home & Aid from August 2021 to April 2022. Xesenia's earlier roles include being a Peer LEADer and Career Development Assistant at Dominican University from August 2019 to May 2021, an Intern at Housing Forward from August 2020 to April 2021, and a Volunteer at Chicago Public Schools from February 2020 to May 2020. Xesenia was also a Fellow at America Needs You from July 2018 to May 2020, a Seasonal Recreational Leader at Chicago Park District from June 2019 to August 2019, and a Holiday Sales Associate at Five Below in November 2018. Additionally, Xesenia had a short-term role as a Social Distance Ambassador at Chicago Park District in July 2020.

Xesenia Schrepfer, MSW completed their Master of Social Work (MSW) degree at Dominican University from 2019 to 2022. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology from the same institution, which they pursued from 2017 to 2021.

In addition to their academic achievements, Xesenia Schrepfer, MSW obtained several certifications. Xesenia acquired the Child Welfare Service Employee Licensure (CWEL) from the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services in July 2022. Furthermore, they acquired the Child Endangerment Risk Assessment Protocol (CERAP) certification in February 2022 and The Child and Adolescent Needs and Strengths (CANS) certification in December 2021, both from the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services. Additionally, they received the Illinois Medicaid Comprehensive Assessment of Needs and Strengths (IM+CANS) certification from the PRAED FOUNDATION in September 2021.
