Mazen Sayed

Mazen Sayed has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Mazen started their career as a Data Analyst at AnalyticaBI in January 2021, where they gained experience in data analysis and statistical concepts. Mazen then joined Siemens EDA as a Machine Learning Engineer in March 2021, focusing on applying machine learning techniques in the field of engineering design automation. In May 2021, they worked as a Junior Machine Learning Engineer at Omdena, where they further honed their skills in machine learning. Mazen also worked as a Chatbot Software Engineer at Qurba, contributing to the development of chatbot software solutions. In 2021, they joined MLH Fellowship as an MLH Prep-Fellow, gaining valuable experience in preparing for technical fellowships. Later in the year, they joined Robusta Studio as a Backend Software Engineer, where they were involved in backend development activities. In 2022, they joined Brightskies as a Backend Software Engineer, contributing to the development of backend software systems. Additionally, Mazen had a software engineering internship at Master Micro in 2020, where they were responsible for designing a GUI program using Python and C++. Throughout their career, Mazen has demonstrated strong technical skills in areas such as software engineering, data analysis, machine learning, and optimization algorithms.

Mazen Sayed attended Ain Shams University from 2018 to 2022, where they studied Computer Engineering as a student. In addition to their formal education, they obtained several certifications. In 2020, Mazen completed the "Advanced Data Analysis" course from Udacity, and the "Introduction to Structured Query Language (SQL)", "Machine Learning: Clustering & Retrieval", "Building Web Applications in PHP", "Machine Learning: Classification", "Probability Theory, Statistics and Exploratory Data Analysis", "Structuring Machine Learning Projects", "Machine Learning: Regression", "Improving Deep Neural Networks: Hyperparameter tuning, Regularization and Optimization", "Mathematics for Machine Learning PCA", "Mathematics for Machine Learning Specialization", "Neural Networks and Deep Learning", and "SQL for Data Science" courses from Coursera. Mazen also completed the "Data Scientist with Python (100 hours track)" course from DataCamp. Additionally, in 2020, they completed the "Mathematics for Machine Learning: Multivariate Calculus" course from Coursera, and in 2020, they completed the "Mathematics for Machine Learning: Linear Algebra" course from Coursera.
