Barak Rosenberg has over 20 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Barak began their career at Flying Cargo as a Group Leader of a freight forwarding and logistics company. Barak then joined Intel Corporation, where they served as a Senior Buyer and Supply Line Manager at the Material Department in Kiryat Gat, Israel. In this role, they managed services and material supply contracts and improved supplier performance through commercial negotiations and alternate sourcing. Barak later transitioned to the Global Manufacturing Division and Strategic Team as a Senior Finance Analyst, responsible for budget planning and control processes for 5 manufacturing facilities. After Intel, Barak joined Numonyx as the Head of Economics, Budget, and Planning in the Global Facilities, Real Estate, and Construction Division. In this role, they prepared annual and long-term business plans and managed all economic and financial aspects of the division. Currently, Barak is the Project Planning & Controls Manager at BrightSource Energy, Inc., overseeing project controls and cost accounting for solar power station construction projects. Barak establishes cost control processes and procedures to track budgets and schedules throughout the project design life cycle.

Barak Rosenberg pursued their education from 1996 to 1999 at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, where they obtained an MBA degree. During this period, they focused on Finance and Marketing as their major field of study.
