Haim Zano

Haim Zano has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Haim started their career as an Application Engineer and Project Manager at SmartTCP, a robotics company, where they provided support to customers in the U.S. Haim then worked as a Design Engineer at Plasan Sasa Group, specializing in customized lightweight solutions for combat vehicles and aircraft. Haim later joined P4P Products for People as a Plant Engineer, where they managed plant automation and a team of up to 8 people. Haim also oversaw project scope and requirements, and managed subcontractors. In 2011, Haim joined Bright Source Construction Management as a Facility Engineer and HAB+PBB Manager, responsible for equipment installation and quality control at the Ivanpah CSP solar power plant. Haim also worked at BrightSource Energy, Inc., first as the Coalinga S2S Plant Manager, overseeing the operation of the largest high-temperature, high-pressure solar to steam plant, and later as the Director of Operation and Performance. Haim'srole included managing onsite facility workers, offsite support teams, and vendors.

Haim Zano received their Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, where they studied from 1999 to 2004. Prior to that, they attended The Hebrew Reali School from 1985 to 1990, although no specific degree or field of study is mentioned for this period.
