Charlie Sposato

Charlie Sposato has a solid work experience spanning various roles and companies. Starting in 2004, they worked as an Assistant Superintendent at Bovis Lend Lease LMB, Incorporated, where they managed safety, production, and cost control of construction activities. In 2004, they also took on the role of Assistant Project Manager at Bovis Lend Lease, overseeing exterior landscaping and garage levels. From 2010 to 2014, Charlie worked as a Manager at Alvarez & Marsal, focusing on assessing Medicaid program costs and developing restructuring options. Charlie then moved on to Beacon Health Strategies, where they served as Manager of Strategy and Development in 2015. Charlie later become the Assistant Vice President and Director of Corporate Strategy at Beacon Health Options from 2015 to 2021. In 2021, Charlie joined Optum as the Director of National OptumHealth Strategy, and in 2022, they became the VP of Managed Care at BrightView.

Charlie Sposato attended the University of Notre Dame from 2000 to 2004, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering. Charlie then went on to Georgetown University McDonough School of Business from 2009 to 2011, where they obtained a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Business.
