Patricia Justice GPHR, SPHR, and ACC is an experienced human resources professional with a comprehensive background in organizational development and leadership across various industries. Currently serving as a Board Member and Secretary for Refuge for Women Las Vegas, Patricia contributes to a non-profit focused on supporting women who have escaped human trafficking. As the VP of Human Resources at BrightView Landscapes, Patricia oversees HR practices to drive business growth. Previous leadership roles include Chair of the Board for Make-A-Wish America, Chief People Officer at Machinima, and Senior Vice President roles at WebMD and Citi Cards. Patricia's career foundation was established at Yum! Brands as Director of Human Resources & Training. Patricia holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Design and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, both from Towson University.
