Colt Duncan has had a varied work experience, beginning in 2016 at PetSmart as a Pet Care Associate. In 2017 they worked for Farm Bureau Insurance of Tennessee as a Field Claims Representative and for Houzz in two roles, Logistics Claims Coordinator and Customer Support Coordinator. In 2020 they joined The Farmer's Dog as a CX Associate/Retention Associate, and in 2021 they joined brightwheel as an Engagement/Retention and Customer Success Associate/CW Test Pilot. At brightwheel, Colt led a team in charge of coordinating onboarding customers with their designated specialists and arranging meetings/trainings. At Houzz, Colt was responsible for the organization, reviewing and filing of all of the company's claims and multitasking between customers calls, as well as maintaining caseloads. At Farm Bureau Insurance of Tennessee, Colt was responsible for making appointments with clients and using programs to complete claims at the desk. At PetSmart, Colt was responsible for setting up habitats and maintaining the health of animals, engaging customers, and educating pet parents on how to care for their new pet.

Colt Duncan obtained a Bachelor's degree in Biology, General from Lawrence University in 2016. Colt also obtained a Bachelor of Science - BS in Biology/Biological Sciences, General from Lawrence University in 2016.
