Delia Loughrey has been in the workforce since 2011. Delia began their career as a Camp Counselor at Camp Tioga. From there, they moved on to become a Youth Counselor at Rocky Mountain Pathways Ranch in 2015. In 2011, they also took on the role of Programs Manager at The College Underground Bar and Activiteis Center, where they were responsible for planning and executing themed dance parties, bingo nights, and other events, as well as publicity such as making and handing out posters, creating Facebook groups and events, and working behind the bar. In 2017, they became a Customer Support Specialist at ModCloth, and in 2020, they began their current role as a Customer Engagement Specialist at brightwheel.

Delia Loughrey attended Shady Side Academy from 2006 to 2010 and then The College of Wooster from 2010 to 2014, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature, General.
