Elizabeth Lucas

Elizabeth Lucas has a long and varied work experience. Elizabeth began their career in 2000 as an Area Director at the Silicon Valley Monterey Bay Council, Boy Scouts of America. In 2005, they moved to California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, where they served as a Leadership Coordinator. In 2008, they joined the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (CAL FIRE) as a Forestry Aide/Forestry Assistant II. In 2013, they became a Consulting Utility Forester at Davey Resource Group, A Division of The Davey Tree Expert Company. In 2014, they began working at Mindbody as a Senior Manager, Customer Onboarding, where they led and empowered a global customer onboarding team. During their time there, they created scalable and quality experiences that reduced the average time to onboard by 25%, while maintaining customer retention rates. In 2022, they moved to brightwheel as the Head of Onboarding.

Elizabeth Lucas obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Natural Resources Management and Policy from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo in 2007. In 2014, they obtained a Registered Professional Forester certification from the California Board of Forestry and Fire Protection.
