Kaitlyn Patterson has held various positions in the customer service and hospitality industries. Kaitlyn began their career in 2014 as a Server at Ruby Tuesday, followed by a Supervisor/Server/Bartender position at Marriott Hotels. In 2015, Kaitlyn took on the role of Enrollment Advisor at Bridgepoint Education. Kaitlyn then moved on to Colorado State University-Global Campus as an Enrollment Counselor in 2018. In 2019, Kaitlyn joined brightwheel as a Customer Support Advocate, where they were recognized for their ability to deliver fast and high-quality support. Kaitlyn was later promoted to Customer Support Manager and was responsible for growing the team from 5 to 30 members. Kaitlyn worked with product to develop a better feature request form for customers and collaborated with other departments to improve customer experience and reduce handoffs. Kaitlyn also interviewed and trained new Customer Support Advocates through the first 90 days and ongoing coaching.

Kaitlyn Patterson completed their Master of Project Management from Colorado State University Global between 2018 and 2020. Kaitlyn also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from Ashford University between 2015 and 2017. Additionally, they have obtained numerous certifications from Lynda.com, including Human Resources Foundations, Human Resources: Payroll, Understanding Your Compensation and Benefits, Customer Service Leadership, Managing a Customer Service Team, Developing Adaptable Employees, Employee Engagement, Human Resources: Managing Employee Problems, Six Sigma: Green Belt, Photography: First Steps, Strategic Human Resources, Talent Management, Creating Your Personal Brand, Change Management, Coaching and Developing Employees, Leadership Fundamentals, Organizational Learning and Development, and Six Sigma Fundamentals.
