Daniel Vermont

Daniel Vermont has a diverse work experience in various industries. Daniel started their career in 2010 as a Letting Assistant/Negotiator at LetByLiz. Daniel then worked as a Unit Manager at The Wood Fired Pizza Company, where they managed a team of staff and controlled shifts and stock ordering. In 2012, Daniel joined AS Food Solutions as an Operations Manager, responsible for managing the delivery of an onsite event merchandise store.

From 2014 to 2018, they worked at MUSTO, initially as an International Events Manager, supporting the Head of Marketing in planning and executing various events. Daniel also served as the Musto Volvo Ocean Race Logistics Manager, overseeing logistics and operations for a major sailing event.

In 2018, Daniel became the Commercial and Operations Manager at London Pulse Netball, leading the newest elite team in the Vitality Super League. Daniel then joined the England & Wales Cricket Board (ECB) in 2019 as an Assistant Team Liason Officer (ATLO) for the ICC Cricket World Cup.

In the same year, they also took on the role of Branding & Logistics Manager at Super League Triathlon, where they contributed to the development and promotion of this innovative sports brand.

Most recently, Daniel has been working at Brikl since 2021. Daniel started as the Director of Business Development and advanced to the position of Vice President Global Sales & Operations in 2022. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing and managing sales and operations functions, developing sales strategies, and ensuring efficient company operations.

Daniel Vermont attended Loughborough University from 2009 to 2013, where they obtained a BSc degree in Sports Management. Their studies focused on areas such as governance, economics, marketing, industries, leisure market, Olympic studies, and HR management. Prior to that, they attended Old Swinford Hospital from 2001 to 2008, where they completed their A-Levels. Their A-Level subjects included art, geography, and physical education. In addition to their formal education, Daniel obtained certifications in Inbound Sales and Sales Enablement from the HubSpot Academy in June 2021 and September 2021, respectively.
