Stuart Grondel

Stuart Grondel's work experience includes roles in various companies. In their current role at Brill Power, they are the Strategy and Operations Manager, responsible for establishing the product supply chain, optimizing manufacturing costs, and managing R&D projects. Before that, they worked as a Business Strategy Intern at Brill Power, where they conducted market research and helped develop marketing and fundraising strategies.

Prior to their time at Brill Power, Stuart worked at Anheuser-Busch InBev as a Mechanical Superintendent - Packaging, and at SABMiller in a range of roles including Asset Management Specialist, Packaging Maintenance Controller, Packaging Team Leader, Packaging Technical Trainee, and Packaging Asset Owner - Fillers and Closers (Acting).

Before their roles in the brewing and packaging industry, Stuart worked as an Assistant Engineer at PMT Process Management Technology. Stuart also gained experience as a Deckhand Engineer on the Motor Yacht 'Lady Z', where they were responsible for engine room checks, maintenance, and deck work during cruises in the Western and Eastern Mediterranean.

Stuart Grondel obtained their MBA in Business Administration and Management from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford from 2017 to 2018. Prior to that, in 2017, they received the CORe Credential of Readiness from Harvard Business School Online. In 2006, they completed their BSc in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Cape Town. Stuart Grondel's education journey started with their Grade 12 Certificate from Pretoria Boys High School in 2001.

In addition to their formal education, Stuart Grondel also obtained certifications in Executive Presence on Video Conference Calls from LinkedIn in May 2020 and in Bloomberg Market Concepts from Bloomberg LP in September 2018.
