Loriana di Gino

Loriana Di Gino has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Loriana began their career at EA Bonelli + Associates as a Summer Intern, where they provided office assistance and gained experience in AutoCAD. Loriana then worked at Conroy's Flowers as a Customer Service and Sales Representative, achieving the highest sales during their second year. Loriana later joined Bluxome Street Winery as a Wine Educator and Social Media Coordinator, responsible for wine education, reservations, and marketing administration. Currently, Loriana is employed at Brilliant Earth, where they have held multiple HR positions, including HR Associate, HR Lead, HR Manager, and Senior Human Resources Manager. Loriana currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at Brilliant Earth.

Loriana Di Gino received a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Managerial Economics from UC Irvine in the years 2010 to 2014. Additionally, they obtained the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM in December 2019.
