Mert Yesugey

Mert Yesugey has been working in the engineering and project management industry since 2002. Mert began their career at Capita Symonds as a Senior Civil Engineer. In 2008, they joined Mott MacDonald as a Qatar Transport and Planning Lead and Project Manager. In 2014, they moved to PwC as a Manager in Capital Project Services, and returned to Mott MacDonald in the same year as a Principal Account Leader - Special Services, Account Leader - Information Management, Project Director, and Senior Project Manager. In 2022, they joined Brilliant Planet as the Director of Engineering, leading the Product Design and Implementation unit to deliver the company's mission of helping to reverse climate change.

Mert Yesugey obtained their MBA from the University of Hertfordshire in 2001, after studying Business Administration, Management and Operations. Mert received their BSc. in Civil Engineering from Istanbul Technical University between 1996 and 2000. Prior to that, they attended Bornova Anadolu Lisesi between 1989 and 1996.
