Kat Pearson

Kat Pearson has a diverse work experience, having held roles in various industries since 2011. In 2011, they began as a Store Associate at Five Below, and was later promoted to Key Holder and Assistant Manager. In 2017, they joined Intercom Staffing, LLC as a Recruiting Specialist. In 2019, they became a Customer Support Assistant at TEKsystems, and most recently, in 2022, they began working as an Operations Coordinator Assistant at BRIO, where they support hiring managers with recruiting, evaluates and onboarding new team members, develops and maintains relationships with external hiring vendors, and oversees the internal systems that support BRIO's business operations.

Kat Pearson attended Roanoke College from 2013 to 2015, where they studied Biochemistry.
