Sagar Radhi is a seasoned professional in talent development, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I), and corporate social responsibility (CSR), currently serving as a Senior Manager at Bristlecone since August 2021. With extensive experience managing global talent development initiatives, Sagar has successfully implemented numerous programs, driving high-impact learning solutions and enhancing organizational capabilities. Sagar's prior role as Senior Executive in Human Resources at Cognizant involved reducing attrition rates and improving employee engagement through innovative HR strategies. Currently pursuing a PhD in Human Resources Development from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, Sagar also holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from the University of Delhi and a PGDBA from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning.
