Betty Peng

Betty Peng is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in pharmaceutical analytics and supply chain management, currently serving as Sr. Director of Pharma Analytics at Bristol Myers Squibb since December 2006. Betty has successfully led teams of data scientists to enhance manufacturing site operations and develop digital twin capabilities for strategic decision-making. Previous roles at Bristol Myers Squibb include Sr. Director of GPS Cross-Functional Analytics, where collaboration with finance and procurement stakeholders was emphasized, and Director positions focused on process excellence and operational support in Biologics Development. Prior to Bristol Myers Squibb, Betty was a Senior Staff Consultant at Aspen Technology, implementing supply chain management software for various process industry clients globally. Betty holds a PhD in Chemical Engineering from The University of Manchester and a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Tianjin University.
