Colin Sauder

Colin Sauder is an experienced leader in clinical development with a specialization in neuropsychiatry. Currently serving as Head of Late Clinical Science and Executive Director of Clinical Development at Bristol Myers Squibb since March 2024, Colin has previously held significant roles at Karuna Therapeutics from June 2020 to March 2024, including Executive Director and Senior Director. Prior experience includes positions such as Scientific Director and Principal Investigator at Adams Clinical, as well as Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychiatry at UT Health San Antonio. Academic credentials consist of a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Stony Brook University, a Master’s Degree in Clinical Child Psychology from the University of Washington, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Brandeis University.
