Gaelen Norman

Gaelen Norman has extensive work experience in web development and management. Gaelen is currently the Director of Development at Briteweb, where they previously held roles as Development Manager, Senior Full Stack Developer, and Full Stack Developer. Before joining Briteweb, Gaelen worked as a Freelance Front-End Developer, completing various projects independently. Gaelen also worked as a Frontend Web Developer at The Hatchery and Clio - Cloud-Based Legal Technology. Gaelen has entrepreneurship experience as the Co-Owner/Manager of Northwestnissans.com. Additionally, they have worked as a Web Developer at fSquared Marketing and as a Frontend Web Developer at Clio - Cloud-Based Legal Technology. Earlier in their career, Gaelen served as the Lead Developer at Red Stamp Agency and as a Sr. Front-End Developer at VoPay. Gaelen started their career at Grizzly Coast Media, where they held the positions of Project Manager and Senior Front-End Developer. Throughout their career, Gaelen has demonstrated strong skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, jQuery, WordPress, EmberJS, Git, and project management.

Gaelen Norman attended the British Columbia Institute of Technology from 2010 to 2011, where they studied New Media. Prior to that, from 2003 to 2006, Gaelen Norman also attended the British Columbia Institute of Technology and obtained a Certificate in Computer Aided Drafting. Additionally, Gaelen Norman obtained a certification in Computer Aided Design from BCIT in April 2007.
