Jay Wall RGD has a diverse range of work experience in the field of design. Starting in 2009, they served as a Board Member for RGD - Association of Registered Graphic Designers, where they connected design students and coordinated collaborative projects. In 2010, they worked as an Interactive Designer for Quizative, handling various design tasks for clients such as Shoppers Drug Mart and Harlequin Enterprises.

Jay then became an Art Director for New Vanguard Media Inc. in 2011, before transitioning to the role of a Program Co-Lead for Operation Groundswell in Guatemala. In 2012, Jay joined Wondereur Inc. as a Design Director, contributing to branding, strategy, and design elements for their digital platform.

In 2017, Jay took on the role of City Studies Workshop - Guest Instructor at the University of Toronto Scarborough, teaching students about tactical urbanism and empowering them to shape their cities. Jay also merged their design studio, RallyRally, with creative agency Briteweb in 2021, becoming the Principal & Creative Director for the combined company.

Currently, Jay is serving as a Part-Time Professor (Design for Social Good) at George Brown College, where they developed and teaches a course on social impact design.

Jay Wall RGD attended York University from 2006 to 2010, focusing on the field of Design. In 2003, they also briefly studied at Memorial University of Newfoundland as part of the Shad Canada program. Additionally, in the same year, Jay attended the White Mountain Academy of the Arts to learn about Printmaking. In March 2018, they obtained the RGD Certification from the RGD - Association of Registered Graphic Designers.
