Tony Cassidy has over 20 years of experience in the travel industry, currently serving as a Test Team Leader at British Airways Holidays since April 2002, following a role as a Test Analyst for three years. Prior to this, Tony worked as a Programmer at Avios from September 1997 to February 2002, focusing on development and bug fixes for the QIK program. Tony's educational background includes attendance at Boundstone Community College from 1982 to 1989.
