Currently serving as General Manager and Director for BAT, Andy oversees the operations in Mainland China, the China Joint Venture, and Global Duty Free & Travel Retail businesses. Prior to this, Andy transformed the New Zealand business at BAT, achieving substantial growth in revenue, profit, and market share. With past leadership roles at JUUL Labs and Samsung Electronics, including establishing critical partnerships and launching 5G networks, Andy has demonstrated the ability to drive organizational change and foster innovative cultures. Andy's career began at Johnson & Johnson, where achievements included turning around mature consumer healthcare businesses and shaping high-performing teams. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce and a Diploma of Commerce in Strategic Management, alongside participation in executive leadership programs.
