Michael Fosh

Michael Fosh is an experienced professional who has served as an Honorary Counsel at BritCham China since June 2019. Prior to that, Michael was a Partner at Reed Smith LLP from January 2010 to December 2021 and at Herbert Smith from 1992 to 2009. Additionally, Michael held roles as EXCO & Chairman at Britcham from 2003 to 2008. Michael holds a Level 7 Diploma in Non-executive Director from the Financial Times and a Law Society Finals degree from Nottingham Trent University.
