Lir Rugova

Lir Rugova is currently working as a Senior Business Analyst - IT Operations at British Columbia Utilities Commission since October 2019. Previously, Lir worked at Provincial Health Services Authority as a Senior Business Analyst, also at IBM as Software Remediation and Solutions, and at Island Health as a Business Analyst. Lir has experience in various projects such as the Clinical & Systems Transformation Project, Desktop Transformation Project, and BC Children's and BC Women's Redevelopment Project. Lir has a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Health Information Science from the University of Victoria.
