Adam Baldry-Poole

Adam Baldry-Poole is an experienced marketing professional with a diverse background in customer engagement and account management. Currently serving as Customer Engagement Lead and previously as Customer Engagement Manager at British Gas since December 2022, Adam has also held key positions at krow group as Account Director and Senior Account Manager from October 2019 to December 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Account Manager and Account Manager at bigdog Agency between September 2014 and March 2021, as well as a brief stint as Marketing Intern at All Saints Retail Limited in July 2014. Adam started the professional journey with work experience at MCBD in August 2013. Adam holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Marketing and Advertising from the University of Lincoln, completed in 2013.
