Ben Gwyther

Ben Gwyther is a Customer Service Apprentice at British Gas since October 2022, where responsibilities include managing inbound calls about Homecare policies and promoting Homecare products, achieving high customer satisfaction scores. Prior experience includes serving as a Video Support Clerk at HM Courts & Tribunals Service from July 2020 to October 2022, efficiently organizing tribunal hearings and managing sensitive data. Earlier roles at Vue Entertainment and Delta Force Paintball involved customer service and operational support, enhancing customer experiences. Ben Gwyther also held roles in event assistance at Reading Town Hall and as a Camera Assistant at Icarus Films.
