Cat Hill possesses extensive experience in strategic development and portfolio management within the utilities and postal sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Commercial Portfolio Lead for On Demand & Home Improvements at British Gas since August 2017, Cat Hill oversees the non-contract strategy and key P&Ls, enhancing customer engagement through innovative propositions. Previous roles at British Gas included Senior Propositions Manager and Proposition Development Manager, where responsibilities encompassed managing multi-million pound portfolios and spearheading cross-functional initiatives. Prior to British Gas, Cat Hill worked at Royal Mail from 2009 to 2017, progressing through various positions including Product Manager and New Product Development Manager for Stamps & Collectibles, and contributing to market analysis in the graduate program. Cat Hill holds a 2.1 degree in English from the University of Leicester.
