James Whitaker

James Whitaker is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer delivery and management. Currently serving as a Customer Delivery Manager at British Gas since November 2016, James leads a diverse team of electricians, EV installers, and engineers. Previously, James worked as a Smart Energy Expert at Capita Employee Solutions and held various roles at Capita Customer Management, including Pensions Technician and Team Leader. James holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Sports and Exercise Science from the University of Lincoln, completed in 2014.
