Natalie Edden has over a decade of diverse experience in customer service and management roles, currently serving as a Field Onboarding Manager at British Gas since November 2014, where prior positions included Resources Planning Analyst and Customer Service Advisor. Before joining British Gas, Natalie worked as a Nursery Assistant at Hilltop Nursery from March 2012 to November 2014 and held the role of Assistant Restaurant Manager at The Millbrook Public House & Restaurant from March 2008 to May 2012. Additionally, Natalie gained experience as a Passenger Service Agent at Servisair for a brief period in 2011. Natalie Edden earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language from The University of Manchester, graduating in 2011.
