Rebecca Smith is an experienced professional in event management and customer service, currently working as a Customer Resolutions Agent at British Gas since May 2023. Prior to this role, Rebecca held various positions in the hospitality and events sector, including Conference and Banqueting Assistant at Hinckley Island Hotel Limited from June 2015 to June 2023, and Event Volunteer at Bosworth Battlefield Heritage Centre, where responsibilities included event setup and logistics during a historical reenactment.
