Laurence Budden

Laurence Budden is an experienced Asset Manager currently working at British Land since November 2022, following a successful tenure at Hammerson from September 2014 to November 2022, where asset management responsibilities included the Whitgift and Centrale Shopping Centres in Croydon. Prior roles include Real Estate Executive and Graduate Surveyor at Colliers International, as well as work experience at Luscombe Maye. Laurence Budden holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Real Estate from the University of Reading, completed between 2011 and 2014, and received education at King Edward VI Community College in Totnes from 2003 to 2011.
