Simon Kelly

Simon Kelly has a wealth of experience in strategic and commercial estates. Simon is currently serving as the Head of Strategic and Commercial Estates at the British Medical Association, where they are responsible for reconfiguring the estate, maximizing income generation, and reducing the carbon footprint. Prior to this, Simon worked as part of the Corporate Property Strategy team at the Royal Borough of Greenwich, where they led initiatives such as implementing an asset strategy, supporting commercial tenants during the pandemic, and overseeing property acquisitions and regeneration schemes. Simon also gained experience as a Consultant at Intrinsic Property, specializing in property consultancy and agency services. Simon's earlier roles include being the Head of Retail & Leisure Agency at Stirling Ackroyd and owning their own consultancy firm, Intrinsic Property. Overall, Simon has extensive experience in strategic estate management, property acquisitions, disposals, and development.

Simon Kelly obtained a Master's Degree in Real Estate Management from the University of the West of England in the period from 2015 to 2018. Prior to that, they attended John Lyon School from 1977 to 1984, without completing a specific degree or field of study.
