Ruse Ioana possesses extensive experience in operational management and customer care across various sectors, particularly in the hospitality and fitness industries. Currently serving as an Operational Analyst at the British School of Bucharest since November 2020, Ruse previously held positions including Operations Manager and Sales Manager at World Class Romania, and Operations Manager at Atlantis Fitness & Lifestyle. Ruse’s career began in the hospitality sector, with roles such as Front Office Manager Assistant at Ramada Plaza Bucharest and Front Desk Receptionist at Best Western Parc Hotel. Ruse holds a Licentiate degree in Domestic and International Economy of Tourism from Universitatea Româno-Americană din București and a Licentiate degree in Finance and Banking from Academia de Studii Economice din București.
