Stephen Back

Stephen Back has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Stephen currently works as the Director of Client Success at Brkthru since October 2022. Prior to that, they were with Cybba from 2018 to 2022, where they held the roles of Sales Team Lead and Account Executive, focusing on building client relationships, implementing design and creative strategies, and creating strategic agency partnerships. Before Cybba, Stephen worked at Bonneville Phoenix - KTAR News, Arizona Sports & ESPN Phoenix as an Integrated Marketing Specialist and Project Manager from 2016 to 2018. Stephen also gained experience as an Account Coordinator at Zenefits from 2015 to 2016 and as a Sales Associate at UnitedHealth Group from 2013 to 2015. Stephen's early career included a long tenure as a Sales Manager at Behind The Mask from 2002 to 2013.

Stephen Back earned a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Arizona State University between 2010 and 2012. In November 2022, they obtained certification in The Trade Desk Edge Academy Certified: Executive Program from The Trade Desk.
