Lori Hickman has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Lori currently works at BRKThru Digital, where they started as a Corporate Account Manager in 2018 before progressing to Associate Director of Client Services and eventually becoming Director Of Client Operations in September 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Goodway Group as a Digital Account Manager from June 2011 to October 2017, managing client campaigns and coordinating with internal teams. Lori also held the position of Marketing Manager at CSIdenity from December 2008 to May 2010, where they spearheaded outbound marketing strategies and managed content creation. Before that, Lori worked at Hoovers, a Dun and Bradstreet Company, as an Advertising Account Manager from May 2006 to December 2008, facilitating the delivery of client advertising programs. Lori'searliest work experience was at Dell Inc. as a Software & Peripherals Account Manager from 1999 to 2003 and at CompUSA as a Corporate Account Manager from 1998 to 1999.

Lori Hickman obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Apparel & Textile Marketing from Kansas State University from 1989 to 1993. Lori also holds additional certifications, including being HIPPA Certified and obtaining a Programmatic Certification from The Trade Desk, Inc.
